Ordered products will be dispatched for delivery on the order date or at the latest on the next business day. The delivery fee is determined according to the delivery method.

You can choose from five options the pick-up point that suits you. The options are determined based on the delivery address you provide. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone when the package is ready for pick-up. Packages are kept at pick-up points for 2 weeks, after which they will be returned to us.
Matkahuolto Business Parcel 9,90 €
The package will be delivered directly to the address you provided on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Matkahuolto will call the phone number you provided before delivery.
Exhange and return policy
The products you have ordered have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The return policy applies only to products that are in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in new, sellable condition. If a product or its packaging is dirty, defective, or otherwise unsuitable for sale, compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum refund of 50% of the selling price. Any additional payments will be refunded directly to your bank account. Along with the shipment, you will receive the necessary information for returns. You must notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You can notify us of the return by email at email@example.com. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the shipment.

When you select the Online Banking (PayTrail) option on the payment details page, you will be directed to a service where you can choose the most suitable payment method from the available options. After payment, you will be redirected back to the online store, and you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
With Collector Invoice/Installment Payment service, you can pay for your purchases up to €2,000. Collector Invoice gives you an interest-free* payment period of at least 30 days and up to 60 days. (*The payment time interest rate is 0%, and a billing fee of €2.95 is added to the first invoice.) You can pay the entire invoice amount on the due date or, if you wish, choose installment payments of 1-36 months. The installment plan starts automatically after paying the minimum installment amount indicated on the invoice. If you prefer, you can make larger installment payments or pay the entire remaining sum at once. The monthly interest rate for installment payments is 1.6%, equivalent to an annual nominal interest rate of 19.20%. A monthly account management fee of €2.95 is added to the invoice, resulting in a calculated annual percentage rate of 21.3% for a €1,000 purchase.
When you choose Collector Invoice/Installment Payment, you will receive your ordered products at home before making the payment. This adds flexibility and security to the handling of exchanges and returns. Collector Invoice/Installment Payment can be used by individuals who are at least 20 years old and have a good credit history. We perform a credit check when you place an order. Late payments and unpaid invoices will incur a €5 reminder fee and a 1.6% monthly interest rate for the period of delay.
